PKMN Skies: Sunshine and Rainbows

One last set of costumes for All Hallows' Eve and this one's the happiest!

I got the idea to dress Ughlpuff up as a flower a while ago, but I had to think about Smooze.  I considered making him/her/it dress as Ivan Ooze at first, but felt that it didn't go well with Ughlpuff being a flower.  I...don't really know how I came up with Smooze being a grassy hill, but I guess I did somehow, since this picture exists and all.

I love Smooze's general boredness and wanted to highlight that again, since most of its appearances have been about swooning over Asuka.  And I love Ughlpuff's perpetual annoyance and felt the gas ball hasn't been in a picture lately, so I decided to scratch two itches with one stone...Wait.

These two definitely probably won't enjoy Halloween this year but...that was gonna happen anyway.
