Tails and Silver: Lunch Buddies

Happy Halloween!  I TOOOOOOOTALLY made this comic for Halloween and not my own amusement.

Um...Anyway, you're probably wondering what's going on here.  Well, a month or two ago, I put Tails in the Lucky Pineapple suit from BASEketball and just a week ago, I dressed Silver up as the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man.  Both of those costumes were cute, funny and well-received, but I wanted to do a little bit more with them (like pushing Tails over to his back).

So, in the name of doing something NEW...I largely copied and pasted Tails and Silver from their previous pictures...Um...I DID, however, make new feet, hands and profile angles for the characters.  The new stuff actually took me quite a while, but I'm actually proud of how Silver's hands turned out (even if they were largely traced) and I think I did as good a job as anyone could have on showing Tails' shoes from different angles (especially since I couldn't find any screencaps of Baseketball's pineapple shoes).  Drawing the sides of the characters' faces, however, was a little weird; I can see how those would be the weakest feature of the picture.

In case you're wondering why Tails doesn't fly or Silver doesn't use his psychokinesis, these are big, thick mastcot suits.  The pineapple is big enough to house Tails' tails and the marshmallow suit is insulated with tinfoil to keep the suit from getting too hot...because there's some kind of giant cooling pad stitched to the inside of the suit...and because I'm too lazy to think of how insulation and tinfoil really work.
