IT'S MIIIIIIIIIIIIIINE!

It's been a while, but here's more NYCC 2013 hijinx for ya!

There's 3 things you can count on in life: death, taxes and Harley Quinns at conventions.  Not that I'm complaining mind you.

Harley Quinns are always fun to run into at cons.  Like Deadpool cosplayers, they normally have a good grasp on the character and will give you funny poses.  While people don't tend to come up with quite-as-whacky ideas for Harley as the DP cosplayers, ol' Harl has had more than her fair share of costumes in cannon media, so you also see a wide variety of Harleys wherever you go.  Besides, IT'S HARLEY!  What's not to love!?

Here's how I imagine a Shocker-Harley joint venture would go.  Unlike Mistah J, Harley is still down for an old-fashioned bank robbing and wouldn't mind having the extra muscle of Shocker's gauntlets.  Harley and Shocker would probably a site to see in the blackboard phase, planning out entries & exits, splitting up the tasks, prioritizing targets, scheduling timetables and what have you.  Shocker wouldn't get why they're leaving so many pies and chattering teeth or be as concerned with racking up a body count, but whatever flats her boat (as long as none of it comes back to him).

Where this team-up falls apart, sadly, is splitting the loot.  Shocker's a shrewd criminal who isn't renowned for his sense of humor whereas Harley is just immature enough to bug him and try to make off with the dough all for herself.  If Batman or Spider-Man don't get them, they'll probably get each other...or at least tear the money bag in half.

To borrow one of Harley's quotes: "Why don't he just shoot her?"
